We have not seen him personally for years but he is always prompt about returning my phone calls any time throughout the year. He always has the answer to anything I need to know and his newsletter helps keep me up on any new tax laws. I do my own accounting and simply fill out the booklet he sends me at the end of the year with the information for my taxes. He reviews it and calls me with any questions that he has. We never have had any problems with our taxes and I trust his answers to any questions that I have throughout the year. More
