After a death in the family and a very hectic time, we hired Waterfront to do our taxes at the end of March. We signed the agreement and sent all of our documentation by the deadline Lisa gave us. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, we tried contacting them several times. When we finally heard back, they said they would not be able to complete our taxes on time but could file an extension. That was five days before taxes were due, so now we are scrambling to do them ourselves. Very disappointing.

Lisa and her team are great to work with every tax season. All I have to do is upload my documents and everything is taken care of for our household. She even helped us fix our W-4s and provides us tax advice on how to possibly optimize taxes in the future. The value she provides is top notch!
